Lauren Walliser MSN, RN, FNP-C
Lauren Walliser is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She holds active licenses to practice in Tennessee and Georgia and is a federally certified medical examiner through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, her background includes Neonatal Intensive Care and Children's Oncology. She has a passion for holistic care throughout the lifespan.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys chocolate chip cookies, reading a good book, and gardening.
Lauren specializes in sleep studies and connective tissue diseases. She is currently accepting new patients for primary care, in-home sleep studies, connective tissue disorder treatment, and DOT physical certifications.
Sam Russell MSN, RN, FNP-C
Sam Russell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He holds active licenses to practice in Tennessee and Georgia and is a federally certified medical examiner through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Sam earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. He began his healthcare career in 2014 as a patient care technician and later worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit. After completing his family nurse practitioner degree in 2021, he joined the Sentef Medical team.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young sons, visiting Disney parks, and running.
Sam specializes in men’s health, hormone therapy, and orthopedics. He is currently accepting new patients for primary care services and DOT physical certifications.
Marisa Bradshaw MSN, RN, FNP-C
Marisa Bradshaw is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She holds active licenses to practice in Tennessee and Georgia and is a federally certified medical examiner through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Marisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis. With over eight years of experience in healthcare, she began her career as a registered nurse in pediatric surgery and transitioned to the role of nurse practitioner after joining the Sentef Medical team in 2024.
Outside of work, Marisa enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Bruce Fox MBA, MSN, FNP-C
Bruce Fox is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia. He is a Federal Medical Examiner through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Bruce received his Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing and his MBA from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Bruce received his Masters in Science of Nursing from Southern Adventist University.
Bruce has been working in the healthcare field for over 30 years. His background includes Intensive Care, Emergency Care and Hospital Administration. Bruce specializes in Hormone Therapy.
Bruce enjoys gardening, sports and flying his plane.
